Aromatherapy is the use of oils to balance the physical, spiritual and emotional health.
Aromatheray - How can we administer it?
You can administer your aromatherapy oils by massage, bath, inhalation and compress or you can just burn them in a candle. Our favourite aromatherapy candle is the ylang ylang candle.
Oil of the month - Lavender
Lavender is an essential oil that every household should not be without. Being an antidepressant it can be used to lift the spirits. Lavender is also well known as a perfume and can also be used as an antiperspirant.

Tip of the week

on a warm radiator in your bedroom.
